Enda Kenny (Mayo, Fine Gael)

I am most certainly not suggesting anything of the kind. I am asking the Taoiseach, who appointed the Minister for Finance, whether he agrees with the latter's statement that the construction industry has come to a shuddering halt. Does he agree with the statement or not?
