Is the Tánaiste saying he will not be here in a few minutes to deal with that motion and that he will not be here to deal with the Intoxicating Liquor Bill? The real reason the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform is making this announcement today, which is not in the programme for Government nor among any of the 62 Bills promised——
