Question 76: To ask the Minister for Finance if his attention has been drawn to the recent comments of the outgoing Comptroller and Auditor General with regard to public private partnerships; his views on this analysis; if a review is required of the structure and financing of PPPs to ensure value for money for the State and an appropriate alignment of interests between the State and PPP contractors; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
