Planning Issues.
3:00 pm
Kieran O'Donnell (Limerick East, Fine Gael)
Question 108: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if he will amend the planning Acts to clarify the taking in charge of estates sections to stop confusion over what should be taken in charge by a council instead of a management company, or to increase the responsibilities of councils to take in charge further sections of developments instead of requiring a management company to shoulder the burden; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
