Ba mhaith liom comhghairdeas a ghabháil leis an tAire Stáit, an Teachta Dála Noel Ahern. As a member of the Joint Committee on Transport and as a resident of and Deputy for one of the country's fastest growing regions, Dublin North, I welcome the Bill because it is long overdue. No one knows this better than Deputies from Dublin North and counties Meath, Kildare and Wicklow and parts of south County Louth.
