Question 46: To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs his views on the human rights record of China within its own borders including Tibet and externally in its support for regimes in Zimbabwe, Burma and Sudan; and the steps taken by Ireland individually and as a member of the EU to bring these concerns to the attention of the Government of China.
