I thank the Deputies who contributed to the debate. I will begin by responding to Deputy Ring, although he was the last to speak. Theodore Roosevelt said that successful leadership is about speaking softly but waving a big stick. I do not know about Deputy Ring's big stick but he certainly does not speak softly.
