Plans have also been prepared to develop a satellite unit at Beaumont Hospital, to which Deputy Tuffy referred, linking the National Rehabilitation Hospital with the national neurological centre in Beaumont to provide acute medical rehabilitation services and early rehabilitation for those suffering from brain injury.
