Some months ago the Taoiseach informed me there was a Government committee chaired or at least initiated by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform. Has that committee reported? The Taoiseach indicated that the ramifications of this were far broader than had at first been appreciated by Government but in the meantime, many householders face enormous difficulties.
