Capitation Grants: Motion (Resumed)

There could be negotiations with the large insurance companies, such as Church and General Insurance, to receive a major discount. Imagine every primary and secondary school going to the major insurance company and negotiating. Would that not save a few quid? It would save having to hold events at stalls. I could go on for a long time but we will return to this issue because the Minister will not pull the wool over our eyes even if she can pull it over the eyes of 40% of the population.
