I did not consider the matter of Mr. Turner's passport to be a cause for great concern. I might be one of the few of that opinion. If he was entitled to a passport, there is nothing more to it. However, this is a different issue. How many diplomatic passports were issued to people other than diplomats and Ministers? Is it a significant quantity and what category of person is involved?
