I request the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss an urgent and important matter of public interest, namely, the statement by the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Deputy Martin, that the building of a private hospital in the grounds of Cork University Hospital under the Government's co-location policy is not sustainable and he intends to object to it. Does this statement by the Minister indicate a change of policy by the Government and has it now realised that the co-location policy is a backward step that will lead to more unequal delivery of health services and cost taxpayers many millions of euro in tax forgone?
