I seek the adjournment of the House under Standing Order 32 to discuss the refusal of the Health Service Executive to attend a meeting with Kerry county councillors in regard to serious issues confronting the health service in the county and the implications this has with regard to the accountability of the HSE and the Department of Health and Children to locally elected representatives, much of whose time is taken up with representations from constituents who are having difficulties accessing adequate treatment.
