I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate the following matter of national importance, namely, the disgraceful HSE and Government plans to close many vital health services in the north east, including a reduction in elective surgical services at Louth County Hospital, Dundalk, and a reduction of the already overcrowded outpatients' clinics at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda; the urgent need for this House to discuss these savage health cuts, thus denying people in County Louth a proper health service. I hope the Ceann Comhairle will allow a discussion on this important matter.
