Requests to move Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 32

I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the crisis in the home help service. In the Rialto and Dolphin's Barn area alone, there are 37 people awaiting home help. Funding is not available from the HSE and it is unacceptable that a number of people will have to remain in hospital this Christmas because of the unavailability of the service. I ask the Minister to address their needs urgently.
