It would be preferable to approach the debate in a consensus manner to try to reach agreement among as many people as possible. The argument made in the National Economic and Social Forum's report on this issue is at odds with the views of the two organisations which attended yesterday's meeting of the joint committee. I would be interested to hear the Minister's views on when we can expect changes to happen or progress to be made.
