There is a recognition that we have to set policies which steer the country to a cleaner, greener future where we reduce our CO2 emissions. In my Department, the increased investment the Minister for Finance has allocated, which includes a 25% overall increase in spending, a 43% increase in energy spending, a similar large increase for environmental issues, such as inland fisheries, increases for key infrastructure issues and important capital issues such as broadband——
