Question 71: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if, in view of the promised dedicated civil servant to work on a day-to-day basis to prepare a strategy within two years to help the Irish language, that person has been appointed and if this person sought the views of the public on this strategy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
