I understand the post of chief executive officer was advertised last May. Surely even the slowest recruitment process would yield somebody to run the campus. Without a CEO nobody will drive the project which is why it is sitting there year in and year out with nothing happening. We now have the aquatic centre open and losing money. It will continue to lose money until something happens on the site, which is remote.
