Question 111: To ask the Minister for Foreign Affairs the current position in Burma; the initiatives Ireland has taken in order to establish the whereabouts of those detained following the recent demonstrations; the progress made in establishing such meaningful talks as would lead to a transition to democracy; and if the European Union is expected to redraft its sanctions regime in relation to Burma.
