I move:

That Dáil Éireann request the Joint Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights, or a sub-committee thereof, to consider, including in public session, the Third Programme of Law Reform prepared by the Law Reform Commission, and to report back to Dáil Éireann on or before 6th December 2007.
