I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Bernard J. Durkan — the need to review the refusal of a primary medical certificate to a person in County Kildare; (2) Deputy John Perry — the need for cross-Border co-operation in the provision of the full range of cancer care services covering all the midland and Border counties; and (3) Deputy Leo Varadkar — the need to appoint a boundary commission to redraw the local electoral boundaries.

The matters raised by the three Deputies have been selected for discussion.
