Requests to move Adjournment of Dáil under Standing Order 32

I seek the adjournment of the House under Standing Order 32 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the permission being given to the construction of a mass-burn incinerator on the Poolbeg peninsula, particularly in light of the nature of the public private partnership which delivered a sewage treatment plant that does not even have a cover, and the fear that we will see an incinerator built with similar flaws, potentially without a chimney or some such problem; a related issue of grave national importance is the claim by the Minister, Deputy Gormley, to have changed Government policy through press releases and glib statements to the media, and whether his Cabinet colleagues, including the Taoiseach, are happy to accept this type of behaviour.
