Question 62: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs if he will explain the Government's failure to achieve its initial target to reduce consistent child poverty to 2% by 2007, as stated in the National Anti-Poverty Strategy; the reason this target was revised; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
