Question 2: To ask the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if his attention has been drawn to the recent report from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, which suggested that cocaine use is increasing at a higher rate in Ireland than in any other developed country; the steps he will take to reduce cocaine use; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
