It is a question for the substantive motion before the House should Members wish to make such an allegation. Pending receipt of the report of the tribunal, it is my intention, if the leaders so wish, to ensure the balance is maintained, that there is accountability and that common sense prevails without allowing Members to stray into the specifics of the tribunal.
