Question 6: To ask the Taoiseach if he has received a report from the judge designated under section 67 of the Criminal Justice (Terrorist Offences) Act 2005 to keep under review the provisions of that Act in regard to powers given to the Garda to access data in regard to telephone records; if the report included details on the number of occasions on which these powers were invoked by the Garda to date; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
