Question 3: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government if his attention has been drawn to the fact that there are approximately 3,000 households on the social housing waiting lists for County Louth local authorities and that this has been the case for ten years; his plans to rectify this unacceptable situation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
