I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a matter of urgent and public importance, namely, to allow the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government to make a statement on the continued illegal dumping of animal carcasses at an unapproved site in Glanmire, County Cork.
