Before calling Deputy Ó Caoláin, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the other Members of Dáil Éireann to offer a cead míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a congressional delegation from the United States of America led by Congressman Richard E. Neal, chairman of the Friends of Ireland group in the US Congress. I hope members of the delegation will find their visit to be enjoyable, successful and to our mutual benefit.
