Adjournment Debate Matters

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Costello — the need to include a residents only parking clause by amending the Roads Bill 2007; (2) Deputy O'Shea — the restoration of a blind pension to a person in County Waterford; (3) Deputy Naughten — the need to provide a grant for the Kilronan play-school group in County Roscommon; (4) Deputy Deenihan — the need for the provision of a new school at O'Brennan national school, Kielduff, Tralee, County Kerry; (5) Deputy McHugh — the need to fast-track the proposed building project at Holy Rosary College, Mountbellew, County Galway; (6) Deputy Harkin — the need to discuss the National Cancer Registry report published today; (7) Deputy O'Sullivan — the need to review the policy regarding legal liability for cases where children were sexually abused in State primary schools; (8) Deputy Connolly — the need to discuss the report of the National Cancer Registry and its implications for cancer patients outside the eastern region; (9) Deputy Ferris — the need to upgrade facilities at the O'Brennan school, Ballymacelligott, County Kerry; and (10) Deputy Cowley — the need to provide funding for the Ballinrobe youth development project, County Mayo.

The matters raised by Deputies Naughten, Deenihan, O'Sullivan and Ferris have been selected for discussion.
