Question 120: To ask the Minister for Transport the measures he will take to reduce the increasing greenhouse gas emissions from the Irish transport sector; and his views on whether the rate of 8% annual increase in emissions will make it difficult for Ireland to comply with the stated European Union target of at least a 20% cut in emissions from 1990 base levels by 2020.
