Question 96: To ask the Minister for Education and Science if she will retain some flexibility in the qualifications criteria for persons who provide home tuition for children with special needs, especially those on the autistic spectrum, and where parents are satisfied with the current provider of the service and have difficulty in finding a suitably qualified alternative; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
