I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a specific matter that requires urgent attention, namely, the need for the Minister for Finance to approve funding for the Clonmel flood alleviation scheme immediately. The town urgently needs the scheme, for which it has been waiting for 12 years. I ask the Minister to make a statement on the matter.
