I challenge the Opposition Deputies and Senators in the region to disown the comments of the main Opposition finance spokespersons in this House last night. They denigrated the proposed scheme in the lower Shannon region, which includes parts of the constituencies of Roscommon-South Leitrim and Longford-Westmeath.
