I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss a specific matter requiring urgent attention, namely, the need for the Minister for Health and Children to intervene with the Health Service Executive with a view to reversing the executive's decision not to set up a prostate cancer screening programme as requested by a leading cancer specialist and to ask that the Minister make a statement on the matter.
