Our records are available. For example, anyone can check the Minister's, Deputy Durkan's, the Ceann Comhairle's or my interests. Under this and other sections, will the same requirement apply to NORA's directors? What if someone is a director of a distribution chain or is involved actively in the industry? I tabled the amendment because it would be useful to have records, not just a code of conduct. Our records can be found in the Oireachtas Library and can be checked at any time. Would it not be wise to include the word "records"?
