I move amendment No. 42:

In page 12, to delete lines 18 to 20 and substitute the following:

"(4) As soon as practicable the Minister shall lay the draft strategy statement before the Houses of Oireachtas for approval.".

Question, "That the words proposed to be deleted stand" put and declared carried.
