I seek that Dáil Éireann be adjourned under Standing Order 31 to deal with a matter of urgent importance, namely, to have a full debate on the serious questions regarding failures in Government policy raised by the Leas Cross nursing home report and the need for reforms to ensure that all nursing homes are fully accountable and properly resourced and that elderly people are properly cared for in future.
