Question 2: To ask the Taoiseach if his attention has been drawn to the disappointment expressed by the Director of Public Prosecutions regarding the delay in transferring responsibility for the State solicitor's office from the Attorney General to the DPP's office, as recommended in the report of the public prosecution study group; if the Government has approved the proposed move; the reason for the delay; when it is expected to be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
