I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to raise a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for Education and Science to reverse the withdrawal of the on-site National Educational Psychological Service from the Presentation secondary school, Clonmel, a school which has disadvantaged status, and to ask the Minister to make a statement on the matter.
