Will the Minister for Finance accede on behalf of the Government to extend the time we have today so the Sullivan report can be discussed and we can broaden the terms of reference of the committee, as is necessary, to include the Sullivan report? There is too much déjÀ vu from beef tribunal days in the way matters are dealt with here. I also ask that we consider membership of the committee. This issue has constitutional implications——
