Enda Kenny (Mayo, Fine Gael)

In particular, I pay tribute to Seán Sheils, one of the longest serving members of the staff, who is retiring. Mr. Sheils has been the senior bar manager here for the last 38 years. With Denis Reid he has formed the longest working coalition within the Houses of the Oireachtas for a great number of years. I wish Seán every success in his retirement. He has assured me that he will not write the book for some time because therein lies not one story, but many.
