Social Partnership Agreements.

As the Taoiseach well knows, successive agreements traded moderate pay increases against tax reductions, some of them not insignificant, over the years. On a number of occasions the Taoiseach said that the tax-cutting agenda in question has run its course, with that era over. Is that still his view?
