I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to discuss the following urgent matter: the need for the Government to start tackling the chronic congestion in Lucan and Clondalkin and the related west and south-west arterial routes caused by bad planning and the non-existence of public transport solutions, with nothing of substance planned until 2015, not to mention the additional congestion caused by National Toll Roads' ludicrous decision to restrict traffic coming from the N4 on to the M50 with tailbacks for a mile, and the need to deal with this as a priority.
