I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 31 to address the following matter of national importance requiring urgent consideration, namely, the need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children to immediately clarify the attitude of the State to the second inquest into the death of Frances Sheridan, given that the State's chief law officer, the Attorney General, has ordered this inquest while the Health Service Executive is attempting to prevent it.
