I move amendment No. 39:

In page 18, to delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute the following:

"(2) A document purporting to be—

(a) a certificate referred to in subsection (1)(a), or

(b) a copy of any document referred to in subsection (1)(b),

is admissible, without further proof, as evidence of the matters mentioned in it.".
