Sexual assault is an alternative charge and an alternative verdict that can be made in these cases. That is important to recognise. As I have said to Deputy Kenny, it is intended that the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform will discuss this matter at the Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, and we expect to have legislation within a fortnight.
