Róisín Shortall (Dublin North West, Labour)

A road traffic Bill to introduce a number of safety measures was promised and we were told it was intended to publish, debate and pass it before the summer recess so that the new measures could come into force. We have not yet seen that Bill. Is it intended to keep to that timescale and when will the Bill be published?
