The Attorney General advised the Government that before the report could be published, the individuals named in it would have to be shown the passages that refer to them and be given 15 days to respond. While it is regrettable that this report has come into the public domain in the manner in which it has, it is the intention to publish it after the responses are received and a debate will be held in the House, if required.
